Vintage rhinestone jeweled black belt. Very good condition. The belt is stretchy material, measures 11 1/4". It can be lengthened as there is a piece inside that is 4" that can be redone to make it bigger or smaller. This comes from an old high end estate.Buyer pays s/i & Ca. residents add tax. We ship promptly, normally next day & the least expensive, fastest way. Most of the time it's not Priority Mail as I find it more expensive for most items.
