VINTAGE 1930 ART DEC SOFT VELVET CLUTCH WITH ORIGINAL DECO CLIP. Featured is a 1930' black velvet clutch. It is made of a very amazing soft velvet. It has the original marcasite clip. The back side has has hand handle. The interior has a taffeta lining. It has a mirror enclosed in a case. One little decorative piece on that mirror case is missing.
