Drucker Antiques is pleased to offer a pair of Georg Jensen sterling and green enamel short candlesticks. The candlesticks are rounded and have green enamel on the inside. The pair has impressed company marks, Georg Jensen, Dessin JJ (Design by Jorgen Jensen)Denmark sterling G1 925s. The designer of the candlesticks, Jorgen Jensen was a silversmith and is a son of Georg Jensen. He worked for the Jensen silversmithy from 1930-1962 as a designer. Information about Jorgen Jensen can be found in the book by Janet Drucker, "Georg Jensen A Tradition of Splendid Silver".
