Here we have a very nice silver Drachma of Alexander the Great set in a sterling silver pendant. The coin made from real silver and is a top quality replica. During the later years of Alexanders life, and for many after, coins based on the Macedonian issues of Alexander were struck at several mints in the region, and probably would have circulated freely in Judea. Coin Description: Fr: Head of young Heracles in lion skin headdress, Rev. Zeus enthroned, holding eagle on extended right hand and scepter in left. The setting is made from .925 sterling silver and is handmade by our very own Armenian Jewelers in the Old City of Jerusalem. Each piece is stamped as .925 Silver. Size: 3x3cm
