This is a marvelous antique cast bronze exterior door backplate, circa 1880’s, featuring an unusual shape and double keyholes with a swinging keyhole cover. The plate is beautifully ornamented with leaves, fans, and abstract detail. This Eastlake entrance doorplate is in excellent condition; it measures 8 ½” by 2 3/8”.
