Red wing pottery was made in Red Wing, Minnesota during the years 1932 to 1934. In order to spark up the company George Djalma Rumrill introduced this new line. This ceramic decanter has a twisted rope handle with a raised cluster of grapes and leaves. It has a pamperian glaze finish with mirror image forms. An impressive piece of pottery that illustrates the RumRill line at its finest.

CONDITION:
Excellent to near Mint condition this beautiful wine decanter is like new in my opinion, despite its age. There are no chips, scratches, bumps or repairs we can find. On the bottom there is one black dot that was perhaps used to mark it for some unknown reason. The pamperian glaze finish is in excellent condition. The piece was very well cared for as you will see in the photos below.

MEASUREMENTS:
11 ½" tall x 9” diameter on the bottom. The neck is 6 ¼“ tall x 2 ½” across.
