A splendid antique quarter-sawn oak Arts and Crafts mantel with a beveled mirror, dating from the 1920’s. This mission style mantel features a rectangular design down each side and a gorgeous tiger-stripe grain in the wood. The shelf is supported by a pair of brackets with rectangle details; five decorative brackets run across the top of the mirror. This mantel is in good antique condition with a few scrapes and chips as shown. The mantel measures 73-7/8” tall and 60” wide; the firebox opening is 41 ½” wide and 38-7/8” tall.
