I have 2 identical chairs. Both Drexel. One - is untouched, Second one - is painted in distress. Very original view of an artist.
Both chairs are in a very good condition. Please see pictures.. Sturdy (very much so), both build to live a long life.
Chair num 1 - A cushion is in a good condition as well. The seat is caned. Very comfortable.
It has a whitish spot on one of the legs about size of a quoter.
Some collectors like that kind of signs of aging.
Chair num 2 - shabby chick distressed style.
