Circa 1800 Chinese Export American Market Drum Shape with Lid Teapot. Beautiful double strapped handles and a berry finial. Also on the side of the teapot is a drape and shield armorial crest with a initial that appears to be a B. The monogram has been done very well and stands out with out hardly any wear at all. A very nice border going across the top of the body of the teapot as well as the bottom of the teapot with a vine. This teapot is in very Good Condition, and more than likely made for the American Market. The teapot measures 4 1/2" in height and the diameter of the top and bottom is over 5".
