This is a lovely solid mahogany armchair. Chippendale ball and claw carved. It has wonderful carving on the top splat and carving down both back rails. All four knees are carved terminating in ball and claw carvings. The back right leg has been professionally repaired with small curly-que chip replaced and carved appropriately. Original finish with color added. It has been covered in a gold stripe damask. Dimensions: 26 inches wide, 44 inches tall, 20 inches at the seat, 22 inches deep.
