This is an elegant, understated antique walnut boxed newel post from the 1800’s. It features an attractive urn-shaped finial, a simple fluted design, and graceful chamfered edges. This fabulous box newel post is in excellent condition; it has been stripped and is ready to accept a finish. The newel is 54” tall, 9” wide, and has an 8 ½” base.
