Unusual shape to this high-sided crystal pot. It stands on four little curled feet, and has hobnail sides and ribbed ends.
This is a large vesta table match holder, with the ribbed ends being the strikers, used as a gentleman's smoking companion. However, has never been used as such, and is suitable for a cream pot or for after dinner mints etc. Has two small chips in the indented rim (can be felt more than seen). 7.5 cm high by 9.5 cm long by 7.5 cm wide (3 inches by 3.3/4 inches by 3 inches).
