Signed Galle French cameo art glass vase with floral motif. Made in France. Measures 6 1/2 inches tall. Superior cameo glass cutting in 3 layers: frosted/grey, yellow and red. Floral motif entirely surrounds the vase. The arching stems, open flowers, blossoms and foliage arranged in elegant, swirling design typifying the Art Nouveau style. Exceptional detail - even the stamens of the flowers are shown, as well as the fine veins on the leaves. Signed Galle in raised cameo script. Very good condition with no chips/cracks/restorations of any sort. Ground and polished pontil.
