Antique door hardware sets, probably made by Sargent about 1910, with doorknobs and matching backplates. The knobs feature an unusual lattice-like design with a border of volutes and acanthus leaves. The plates feature a matching design, with a lattice center surrounded with intricately cast acanthus and volutes, crowned with an anthemion. Each set includes a pair of plates and a pair of knobs with the connecting spindle and set screws (enough hardware for one door). These doorknob sets are in excellent condition. The door knobs measure 2 1/4†in diameter and 2†deep; the plates are 9†x 2 3/8â€. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH SET; THERE IS ONE SET AVAILABLE.
