Marvelous antique semi flush mount five light chandelier with original polychrome finish, dating from the 1920s. This bronze Spanish Revival fixture begins in a textured canopy, coming down to a twisted center rod that is surrounded by a body of decorative arched bands. These bands connect to a thick circular base, featuring scrolls, shields, and original polychrome details of red and blue. Five chandelier arms connect to a lower disc and feature an underside of foliate and floral details; each arm supports a hammered, crenellated bobeche. The fixture finishes in a hanging finial with volutes and a shield. This chandelier is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all necessary attachments for modern installation. The fixture measures approximately 21" wide and 22-1/2" tall.
