Lovely antique three-light chandelier with prisms and original polychrome finish, circa 1920. This chandelier begins with an intricate canopy with scrolling foliage and beaded border detail. It extends down to a looped finial and the body is composed of three beautifully curved bands with acanthus leaf and floral details. In the center of the three bands is an inverted dome, on top of which sits three bobeches with a geometric leaf pattern. At the base of the dome, icicle prisms hang from the bottom of the three bands, which then taper off into a finial with a teardrop prism. Original red and green polychrome finish is featured throughout the fixture, on all foliage, floral and leaf detailing. The chandelier is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The fixture measures 7-3/4" wide, 23-1/2" tall, and the fixture is approximately 35" tall overall.
