This is an absolutely beautiful artist signed "Scotty" Limoges tankard from the 1895 naturalist period. It has wonderfully soft yet bright colors, the artistic work is outstanding, The artist Scotty is well noted in the Limoges book. It is 14 3/4" tall and 8" wide including handle. This tankard does not craze, has no scratches, chips nor any cracks,it is in excellent condition. It has a fabulous lizzard handle which is outstandingly hightligted with the additional great gold depicting that era.
