American made, in New York by George W. Shiebler and Co. Most likely manufactured in Brooklyn NY in 1890 when Shiebler moved his silver smithery conglomerate to the borough. Measured L x W: 1 1/4" x 1 1/2". Impressed Inscription on the top: 'Mama from Nannie' in script, bottom: 'Sept. 14, 1890' in script. Inside Impressed marks: Sheibler logo, Sterling, 3170, Howard & Co.
