The bottom of the brooch has a watch or pendant holder and may be used as a watch pin or a pendant could be added to the brooch if one wanted to. Her face is beautiful and the condition is excellent. She is wearing a diamond necklace made up of 4 old cut diamonds I color VS2 clarity measuring 2 points each. The brooch measures from top to bottom 1-1/8 inches. Widest width 1-1/8 inches.
