In addition to the diamonds there are 4 pear shaped sapphires and 3 marquee cut sapphires. The sapphires are natural gem color and clarity. The pear shaped sapphires measure .30 points each and the marquee sapphires measure .20 points each. Combined gem weight close to 3 carats. Sapphires of this quality and color are seldom found. This is a beautiful designer ring in excellent condition. Ring size 7 may be sized to fit any finger. Weight 5.1 grams. From side to side across the top the ring measures 3/4 inch.
