This is an beautiful antique entry door hardware set, made by Corbin in the “Hatfield†design, retaining its nicely aged verdigrised patina. Made of bronze, the knobs feature a threefold design of palmettes encircling a rosette with a stylized flower on the interior side, and encircling the keyhole on the exterior side. The plates have an intricate design of volutes and bundled bellflowers bordering a simple oval band. This set includes two door plates, the pair of knobs and their locking mechanism encased in one unit. The door hardware is in very good antique condition. Each doorknob is 2-1/4†in diameter and 2†deep; the backplates measure 4-1/2" wide by 11-1/2" tall and the mechanism is 1-3/8" deep and can be expanded to 1-3/4."
