Vintage 1978 Mark McMahon Art Print "Colorado Ranch". This print seems of watercolor. Might be a lithograph, not sure. Art is signed and dated by the Artist. Art in excellent condition. Comes framed with light oak wood frame. Frame has some small scuff marks. Frame measures 31" in Length X 25" in Height. Art measures 23" in Length X 16.5" in Height. Print might be silk screen. His website show similar art done in this medium. Although, I can not find anything on his website that is Vintage like this one.
