A splendid antique quarter-sawn oak Arts and Crafts mantel with a beveled mirror, dating from the 1920’s. This mission style mantel features a rectangular design down each side and a gorgeous tiger-stripe grain in the wood. The shelf is supported by a pair of brackets with rectangle details; five decorative brackets run across the top of the mirror. This mantel is in good antique condition with a few scrapes and chips as shown. The mantel measures 73-7/8†tall and 60†wide; the firebox opening is 41 ½†wide and 38-7/8†tall.

A wonderful antique oak mantel, dating from the early 1900’s. This fireplace mantel features subtle decorative detail down the legs, with a triangular arch in the firebox opening. The top of the mantel features two pairs of simple decorative brackets, and a strip of wood fastened with diamond shapes across the top. This mantel is in very good antique condition. The mantel measures 67-7/8†tall, 60†wide, and 11 ¾†deep; the firebox opening is 41 ½†wide, 47†tall at the center, and 43†tall at the corners.

The sides of the newel each feature a carved square at the top and bottom with a fourfold foliate design; the middle is ornamented with an elegant carved flower with leaves.
