This is a delightful pressed glass frog/flower arranger used in the early 1900's era mainly for gladioluses. It kept long stems from breaking and ensured a beautiful bouquet of flowers arranged for dinner. The base keeps water close to the stem ends and the top is pulled glass that encloses the stems.
