Description : 1. Date of the Sale - Sunday April 12, 2015, dealers to setup starting from 7AM, NO ENTRANCE OR SETUP BEFORE 7AM! and must be completed by 9AM. Early bird admission will start at 8AM for a $5.00 fee. Hours for general free public admission and parking is from 9AM to 3PM. See Angela, my wife, to be assigned your space before you begin setting up your merchandise and contact either Angela or myself for anything you may need during the sale and we will let the Community staff know what you want. Bring your own dolly or carts to move your items in and out of the building Loading will be in the front of the building which is a few steps to the banquet room. 2. Indoor spaces will consist of 1- 6' long x 29" wide standard table, (please bring your own table cloths), with two chairs. The price for tables are $50.00 each . You may put merchandise under the table, in front of the table, on top of the table on riser on the table or hanging from lattice you provide or hanging items you provide. Do not hang any items directly on the banquet room walls. NO extra tables allowed, the community has strict fire laws regarding blocking exits. Electricity is free, bring your own extension cords to plug into the community wall sockets. If you do not want a table in your space please let either me or Angela know and we will have the community staff remove your table. 3. Send your payment to: Tim Swift (make all checks payable to Tim Swift) 1131 Wigwam Parkway, # 7107 Henderson, NV 89074 858-232-9474 LAS VEGAS INDOOR FLEA MARKET VENDOR CNTRACT Upon signing and returning the reservation of space, the vendor acknowledges responsibility to The Las Vegas Flea Market for any and all damages to the grounds as a direct result of the negligence of the vendor. The Las Vegas Flea Market is not responsible for theft, loss, damages, or bodily injury to the vendor or employees of the vendor. By signing the agreement, the vendor accepts and acknowledges all rules and regulations below: 1.The vendor agrees to pay $50 per space for each site with one 6’ table and 2 chairs each. 2. The vendor understands that reservation of spaces is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS . Reservation will be guaranteed if payment is enclosed with signed reservation form until all available spaces have been reserved. 3. Vendor setup will begin by 7:00 a.m. on the morning of the flea market. Reservations will be held until 9:30 a.m. Remaining available spaces will be sold to those vendors on the waiting list. Gates will open to public at 9:00 a.m. All sales conclude at 3:00 p.m. and vendors must leave the grounds no later than 4:30 p.m. on the date of event. 4. Some electric hook-ups ARE available. 5. The vendor must supply his/her own table cloths for display. 6. Vendor agrees that there will be no distribution of literature without prior approval. 7. The sale of firearms, live ammunition, live animals, pornographic materials, palm reading, prepared foods, or any drug paraphilia is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 8. Vendor is responsible for removal of his/her trash from the premises. No bags or containers are to be left on the premises. 9. ABSOLUTELY NO CHEMICALS MAY BE USED ON THE PREMISES. 10. Refunds are guaranteed only up to 15 days prior to the date of the flea market. NO REFUNDS will be given due to weather conditions. 10. No merchandise shall hang from banquet room walls.
