Antique Art Nouveau / Arts and Crafts 14 carat yellow gold ring set with a large cabochon pink quartz. Made circa 1880 - 1905. US size 4 1/2. A little under 3/4 inch accross the pink stone. Weighs 6 grams. Cabochon pink gemstone, cut in rounded ridges or folds, reminiscent of a beehive. Set in an outstanding, exceptional mount that constitutes a superb Arts and Crafts design of curves in multi-dimentions, floral and fan shell shapes. Hallmarked inside the band 14K with a factory mark as well as numerals 806. Very good, original condition.
