Featured is a lovely wedding gown from the 1950s. The sheer lace bodice has a scalloped neckline edged in champagne colored beadwork and iridescent sequins. The lining underneath is satin with a sweetheart neckline. The skirt is of gathered tulle and wide bands of delicate lace. It is very full and supported by a tulle and lining layer. This would look great with a larger petticoat. Fully lined and closes with a center back metal zipper. In excellent condition, with a minor gray smudge in the V of the bodice lining. Featured is an elegant wedding gown from the 1940s. Both the front and back bodice have a sheer pointed yoke trimmed in ruffled lace. The side seams are gathered and the waist is circled with a deep peplum. The sleeves are long and slim with a faux button closure that fastens with snaps. The skirt goes from ankle-length in front to a full train in the back. Underneath are fabric loops attached to the seams. Fastens with covered buttons at the neck and side metal zipper. Train is approximately 68" from the back waist. Bust: 34 Waist: 27 Hips: open Length: 57 Great vintage condition. eatured is a fantastic wedding gown from the 1950s. Perfect for showing off your shoulders, the fitted dropwaist bodice has thin spaghetti straps with a low front and back neckline. Tiers of lace ruffles begin at high hip level, along with 3 bands of wide ribbon with bow accents. The skirt is very full (attached tulle petticoat and lining) and can accommodate a larger petticoat than the one we used. Fully lined and closes with a center back metal zipper.
