Catalina Bookends figural females Item: 6938 Circa 1920 10''Tall x 7''Wide Female figural bookends. Draped ladies leaning against a wall. They are imprinted with ''In Cientia Veritas'' The bookends are unsigned. They have multiple chips of various sizes on each piece.The primary color is a pale moss green verigated with rusts and creams in a marblized pattern. The glaze is a high gloss. I bought them in a very out of the way tiny shop in Northern California that specialized in only California pottery. The owners identified them as unsigned Catalina pottery. I have had them ever since 1980. I never buy ''as is'' goods but these are very compelling and I still love them.
