Beautiful antique Art Nouveau marked 18k gold and diamond flower brooch with a watch holder on the back. The watch holder brooch may also be used to hang a pendant or a small lady's pendant watch. The diamond in the center of the flower is very white, it is an old mine cut. The diamond measures .03 carats. The brooch weighs 3.8 grams. It measures 1-1/4 inches from side to side across the top.
