Unusual Murano glass necklace, black glass beads foiled on four sides with silver. It has a very Arts & Crafts Movement feel, the paper-clip links especially. Mounted on silver chain with decorated paper-clip links, small curb-link chains, and small clear glass spacer beads. There are three foils missing - one off the large central bead, and two off the smaller beads. The beads are a busy pattern, so this is not apparent.
Total length of necklace is 70 cm - it is a continuous loop necklace with no clasp. Largest bead is 1.5 cm diameter, graduating smaller beads towards the rear of the necklace, where the smallest beads are 8 mm diameter.
