Rare antique Art Nouveau 14k purse shaped diamonds ruby and sapphire pillbox necklace. The purse shaped pillbox has a necklace chain that measures 30 inches long. The purse shaped pillbox is 1 inch wide and 1-1/2 inches high to the top of the loop. It opens nicely and closes securely. Both the necklace chain and the pillbox are marked 14k. The pillbox has two accent diamonds set in white gold diagonally on the obverse of the pillbox. On either side of the filigree white gold set diamonds is a ruby and a sapphire. The back of the pillbox purse is a lovely scroll design in high relief sculpture. This is a unique necklace guaranteed to please the most particular jewelry connoisseur or collector. It is in excellent condition and weighs 31.3 grams, more than 1 ounce. (Item #73240)
