Pair of Georgian-Era Persian Turquoise & Gold Earrings Circa. 1800 American Fabulous pair of Persian turquois and 14K yellow gold earrings from the beginning of the 19th Century. Persian turquoise is the finest in the world.....it grows with no veins. Gold tested with 14K acid. Wires are also 14K gold. Each earring measures 1 3/4 inches long with wire and 1 1/2 inches long without wire. The earrings are 1/2 inch wide at their widest. Unmarked. 9.7 gr. 6.2 dwt
