Extremely rare miniature country French walnut Louis XV childrens cupboard c1780. Measures 18 and three quarter inches across its front, 22.25 inches across its top molding and 8.5 inches deep. Excellent all original including the bronze hand door knob. Made with wooden pin construction from solid walnut. Note the handmade rosehead nails in the back boards, the divided light front door, large steel hinges and single hand cut dovetailed drawer with carved design detail.This clearly was made for a very wealthy family as a special request.
