This is a great sized candy box, a bit larger than some I've seen. Produced by Cambridge Glass and featuring their Chantilly etch, this pretty piece measures 7" in diameter and is 5" in height with the lid seated. The lid is highlighted with a sterling silver knob finial.The piece overall is in very good condition. It is free of any nicks, chips or cracks. There is a small ding to the silver finial and an open inclusion, or "bubble pop" on the underside of the lid. This is not a chip, but something that occurred during the manufacturing process.This item has been priced commensurate with the minor imperfections, but it is still a stunning piece.
