Pretty Satsuma disc earrings - probably these are buttons, but now mounted as earrings with a screw-back fitting. Flowers and leaves design with gilded outlines. Face of earring measures 18 mm diameter (just under 3/4 inch). Silver-metal backs (not silver, no hallmarks). These would be circa 1930s.
