Two women and a man are showing Psyche the garden. At her feet rests a peaceful goat. In the background are grazing sheep and landscape. The plaque has an unusual shape as well as being a rare model. The back has in blue glaze, the Royal Vienna beehive mark and is titled also. It has incised letters and numbers on the back . It is set in a burgundy velvet and gold leaf frame with a gold filet bordering the plaque. The plaque is in excellent condition with no damage or losses. The colors are beautiful and vibrant. This is a wonderful mythological composition, painted with old master style colors that are very vibrant and beautiful.
