George Arnald 1763 1841 Liege Cathedral 1818 watercolour inscribed with date ~ the travel that Arnald made from Spa to Rheims along the river Meuse, he later published to book himself (1828) engraved by people like Turner... we purchased a collection of nine works, by this well listed artist all from the same trip around the Meuse all from the year 1818 (check online about this quite famous self-published book) ~ Works in important museums around the world. Good auction results.
