beautifully crafted fruit wood box shaped like a hogshead barrel...purchased in PA in 1970-1972 time frame. Has original lacquer finish still intact on the lowermost section but hands have worn that off the top portion of the box over many years of use.
As you can see in the detail photo there is a split in the bottom from drying- it has remained the same since purchase, so appears stable. Shipping and insurance included to continental US destinations.
