Gorgeous rococo revival coin silver butter dish with beautifully sculptured cow finial by Grosjean & Woodward made for Tiffany & Co. c.1850s. Approximately 5" high and 5 1/2" in diameter. 16 troy ounces including the reticulated insert. 4 feet. No monogram. Marks include TIFFANY & CO, the bullet mark for coin silver and G & W. (Grosjean & Woodward). Tiffany, in the early years, before they manufactured their own silver, purchased their silverware from a variety of the major silver manufacturers of the day, among them Grosjean & Woodward. Gorgeous and unusual pair of sterling silver candlesticks by Tiffany & Company of New York. Approximately 4" tall with removable bobeches. They weigh approximately 8.13 troy ounces. Decorated with applied cherubs. There are two different cherubs on either side. They are seated surrounded by a garland of roses and other flowers and leaves. On the top sides are applied decorations of a horn and an arrow. See photos. Marks include TIFFANY & CO, 9323 MAKERS 3429, STERLING SILVER, 925-1000 and the letter T. The letter T tell us that these were made between 1891-1902. No monograms. Very good condition. « Less

Unusual Tiffany sterling silver Saratoga chip server. Approximately 9" long and 6 troy ounces. The bowl measures 4 1/4" in diameter. Monogrammed with what looks like JEP. Marks include TIFFANY & CO, STERLING, PAT. 1890 and the letter M. The letter M stands for Edward Moore circa 1875-91. The saratoga chip server is a hard to find piece. Potato chips were invented in Saratoga Springs NY and that is how this unusual piece got it's name. Very good condition. « Less

Beautiful Tiffany sterling silver kidney shaped serving spoon. Approximately 9 1/2" long. Monogrammed with an M on the back of the handle. This piece was made to serve berries. Marks include TIFFANY & CO, STERLING, Pat. 1878 There is a monogram on the back of the letter M. Marks include TIFFANY & CO, STERLING, Pat. 1878 and the letter T. The letter T was used between 1891-1902. There are 17 different motifs listed in a Tiffany brochure c.1880. This serving spoon has motif number 4, Venus born of the sea, is drawn in her shell by dolphins driven by Cupid, who bears the laurel branch. On the back are the emblems of love - the myrtle, quiver, doves, torches and the burning heart. Very good condition. « Less
