Lovely antique Elgin pendant or pocket watch. The watch has a gold face with hand chasing below the name Elgin and a subsidiary second hand dial. The back of the movement is numbered 16899359 it reads Elgin USA. The watch runs strong and keeps very good time. The back of the case has beautiful Art Nouveau foliate designs and a 3 letter monogram in the center. The watch comes with a small chain and spring mounted loop measuring 10-1/4 inches long. You can put a fob on one side and carry the watch in your pocket. The chain may also be removed and a lady's necklace chain can be added to make this a wonderful antique pendant watch. From side to side the watch measures 1-3/4 inches. From the bottom of the watch to the top of the ring it measures 2-1/4 inches. The serial number indicates this watch was manufactured in 1912.
