Black-ware pottery vessel, from north-coastal Peru, Late Lambayeque / early Chimu, from the Sican region. Ca 800 to 1100 AD, lovely black-ware vessel with single stirrup spout, large flaring rim with added birds to the shoulders and impressed design of seated zoomorphic creatures on the neck of the vessel.
